Delivery Timeline

  • Once your order is processed, please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your item(s). Order times will vary for countries outside of North America, delivery may take up to 30 days to be received.

Shipping Updates

  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon completing your transaction. Additionally, you will receive a dispatch notification email when your order has been shipped. Please ensure to check your spam.

Order Tracking

  • Our team will share tracking numbers for your packages to your email address once they are available. You can use these tracking numbers to monitor the status and location of your shipment(s) directly through the courier service. 

    Multiple Packages

    • Due to large inventory and multiple warehouse holdings, items ordered will arrive individually. However, there are no additional or hidden shipping charges for separate packages.

    Cancellation Policy

    • You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of completing your transaction. After this time, we cannot accommodate cancellations or modifications to the order.
